We now offer several convenient payment options:
1. Payment in full is always accepted. This allows your items to ship out quickly as soon as they arrive in stock.
2. Layaway Payment Plans!! 2 to choose from and take up to 3 months to pay!!
OPTION 1: allows you to pay 25% down with the balance due in 3 easy installments. You choose to make weekly, biweekly or monthly payments. Balance to be paid in full within 3 months. Use Code LAYAWAY25 at checkout.
OPTION 2: allows you to pay 50 % down with the balance due in up to 2 more easy installments. You can choose to make those weekly or biweekly with balance to be paid in full within 2 months. Use Code LAYAWAY50 at checkout.
Layaways may be cancelled prior to shipment, but original down payments will be refunded in the form of store credit only! Policies are subject to change and will be noted on our General Information Page.
**If using a layaway plan, please make note at check out how you would like your remaining balance to be billed (weekly, biweekly, etc) We will invoice you at the email address used at checkout when your next payment is due. You may choose to pay off early at any time.**

PRE50 at checkout! If you wish to include in stock items such as shoes
and accessories, those items will be held until all items arrive in
stock for shipping unless arrangements have been made otherwise.
Little Fox Fashions uses high quality ribbons and supplies in the creation of each one of our hairbows. All ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent fraying.
Little Fox Fashions standard tail cut is the V cut and standard center is the flat center. If you prefer to have the diagonal or straight tail cut or a knotted center, please specify this in the Special Instructions field when placing your order.
Some of our bows do offer these variations. It will be listed in the hairbow description. Some of the pictures will show these variations but are for illistrative purposes only.
Any hairbow you see on the website can be customized to suit your needs. Change the size, clip type, put it on a bowband or change some of the ribbon colors. Itís up to you!
Completely custom/special orders are always welcome too. Feel free to browse the website and let me know if there are any styles, sizes, colors, etc. that you prefer. You can also check out the Options section to view color charts, clip stlyes and embellishments that are available.

Many times we will also be able to special order shoes and our other products that are sold out or out of stock on our site. Contact us at the above email if you need help finding an item.
At this time we only use USPS Shipping services. We also ship internationally. For your convenience, our site offers First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping options based on the weight of your order for both domestic and international destinations.
Delivery Confirmation is provided on all packages. Shipping Insurance is optional, but is strongly recommended.
Shipping insurance is a flat rate of $2.50.
**Please be aware that we will not be responsible for packages once they are shipped. Also, we can not be responsible for items that do not arrive on time. Shipping time is estimated by the USPS but is not guaranteed unless shipped by Express Mail. Please allow enough time for your package to reach you if you are ordering for a special occassion, at least 2 weeks is recommended.
Please purchase shipping insurance to protect yourself!
International Shipping: We love being able to offer our products to our international customers!! Please note, although our site offers First Class International Shipping option, the shipping times vary and it is a slower service. Also, there is no tracking for the package once it leaves the United States. If you wish to have tracking on your package, please make sure to select either the Priority or Express Mailing Option
**Please note that we are NOT ABLE to ship shoes to ITALY due to custom regulations. Shoes are a prohibited postal item to Italy and will be confiscated by their customs. **
Hairbows and other Custom Made Items:
Since each hairbow or custom made item is hand-crafted to your specifications production does not begin until after your order is processed through our cart and we have received cleared payment. Most orders are filled and shipped within 10-15 business days (Monday-Friday). Large orders and custom designs may take a bit longer. If you need something quickly, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. A Rush Order fee may apply.
If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your shipping date, we will try to place a notice on the website home page or notify you by email. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Shoes and other items:
We strive to ship your items out just as quickly as possible. Sometime the same day as the order is received. However, sometimes during sales and busy shopping seasons, your package may be delayed a few days. Our normal shipping time frame is 1-3 business days but no longer than one week. If we are unable to ship during that time frame, you will be notified by email of the delay. Please note our business days are Monday through Friday. Packages do not ship out on weekends.
If you order hair bows with shoes and other ready to ship items, you entire order will be held until the hair bow order is fulfilled. If you wish to have those items shipped seperately, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if there will be an additional shipping charge to accomodate your request. If so, we will send a Paypal invoice for the additional charges.
Delivery Times and Estimates:
Once production on an order is complete and the package is shipped, estimated delivery is 2-5 days for U.S. orders by standard shipping methods.
Shipping & delivery times are just an estimate and can vary at any time. For this reason we do not guarantee any shipping or delivery dates. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if it is possible. There will be a $15 charge for rush orders. Please contact us first if you need an item shipped before our current lead time. We must approve the rush order before it is purchased so we can ensure we are able to accomodate it.

We at Little Fox Fashions are confident that you will love the look and quality of our items. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you should need to return or exchange your item(s), with the exception of personalized, custom fit items or final sale items, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Please see our return policy with instructions below.
We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience here at Little Fox Fashions. Returns
are gladly accepted but must be made (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in new unsued condition and in their original packaging to quailify for a refund. Used items cannot be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Items in the Clearance Category are FINAL SALE ITEMS and are not available for return or exchange.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You will need to provide your order details including your order number. Once you submit that, Little Fox Fashions will respond with your RMA and instructions on your return. Skipping this important step will delay your refund or exchange.
Please include the completed return/exchange form along with any payment due for a new item to be sent.
The items must be returned in their original packaging. Please cover the original shoe box with a protective covering, envelope, etc. Shoes returned without protective covering over the shoe box will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. If your items were shipped without a box, please package it in packaging that will not damage the product.
Please put your RMA number on the return label of your package (lower left corner if possible).

Regular and Sale Priced Items:
May be returned (unless specially noted otherwise) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt for your choice of refund, instore credit or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your refund or store credit.
If you are exchanging an item, please make a hold request on the new item you want when emailing for your RMA number. We will try our best to hold items that you request for exchange, but please understand that sometimes items may sell out before we are able to process the request. You will be notified by email if this would happen. You will be asked to include with your return the cost of shipping charges for the new item to be sent.
Preorder or Special Order Items:
May be returned (unless specially noted otherwise) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
If you cancel a preorder or special order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and store credit will be issued for the remaining payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your store credit.
Personalized Items and Custom Sized Items:
Due to the nature of these items, once presonalized or altered to your specific measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to check all sizing and information provided before confirming your purchase. If we have made a mistake on our end we will gladly work out a solution to the situation.
Are FINAL SALE items and are not available for return or exchange.
Damaged Items or Fulfillment Mistakes:
We will gladly accept defective products or fulfillment mistakes within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to inspect your products upon receipt and contact us immediately.
Remedies to the situation will be handled on a case by case basis.
Shipping charges related to these situations will be covered by Little Fox Fashions.
We do our best to process your returns in a timely manner. Please allow up to 15 buisness days for your return to be processed. Returns without proper documentation do require some research and can take up to 30 days to complete.
